About the 2023 Nissan Altima
To keep up-to-date, the 2023 trims received updated styling, refreshed wheel designs, the addition of Nissan Safety Shield 360 as standard on all trims, and an optional upgraded infotainment system. Engine-wise, the Nissan retains two choices. The 2.5-liter 4-cyl for all trims except the SR VC-Turbo housing the 2.0-liter turbocharged engine.
Altima Technology
Safety comes first and the Altima holds its own with Nissan Safety Shield 360. The features include lane-departure warning, rear-cross traffic warning, automatic emergency braking, driver monitoring system, and blind-spot warning. The Altima is also fitted with a rear-seat reminder. Pro-Pilot Assist is available with a semi-autonomous driving aid.Â

Choose from among five Altima trims. The S, SV, SR, SL, and the SR VC-Turbo in exterior colors, such as Super Black, Gray Sky Pearl, Garnet Pearl Metallic, Deep Blue Pearl, Brilliant Silver Metallic, and Scarlett Ember Tintcoat. The SR Premium Package is available for 2023, which includes leather seats, navigation, a 12.3-inch display, and more.Â
